I think you're right about no one wanting to be the poster child for heartbreak hotel but right now she fits the bill (to some people) and the media seems to run with it. either way I liked your take on the article.lenanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6955373216870527513.post-51835680112226313992009-08-22T15:38:27.639-07:002009-08-22T15:38:27.639-07:00I have to agree with Brad on this one. It's not like actresses have a plethora of choices either when it comes to movies roles and scripts.
On Imdb.com previously A-list actresses have ZERO movies in the pipeline. Jennifer may be taking what she can get in this era of CGI, sci-fi, adolescent male movie world we now live in.

As a movie-goer it's the same s--t over and over. We're in sequel hell or Seth Rogen/Judd Apatow hell or prostitute/stripper female character hell.

I've looked to the independent movies for relief but the constant depressing themes makes me want to drive my car over a cliff.

I don't think it's cool to attack another female in an industry that unquestionably women are locked out of the decision making process. It's like attacking women for not being an NFL quarterback.

Girl on girl crime is as bad as black on black crime. Not cool.Groovygurlhttp://www.myspace.com/tbennett443noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6955373216870527513.post-86472473191401492442009-08-17T20:06:35.768-07:002009-08-17T20:06:35.768-07:00If actresses didn't play the victim there woul...If actresses didn't play the victim there wouldn't be a Hollywood. So to beat one's self up because one is couched in a role in which there isn't any alternative is being unfair to one's self. Captain Kangaroo could not play anything else. For the actress babes it is the "Speilberg Syndrom" scantily clad beaut is on the rack about to be roasted. What could be any better?Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01018842707063916583noreply@blogger.com
